CrystalPM Word Templates
The Word templates shown here are only available for the CrystalPM Template
Download the .zip folder(s) containing the Word templates.
After downloading, right click the .zip file to extract it's contents.
Double click the header to customize the practice information.
In Crystal, go to Admin->MSWord and add the Word templates.
