Admin > Recall

The Admin - Recall tab is used to create recall types that can be attached to the patient to generate a report to notify patients when they are due to be seen. Once the recall type has been created, you can set up a template for how the patient is notified such as a letter, post card or email. You can generate address labels for pre-printed postcards or even just a generic phone list if your office prefers to call the patient directly for reminders. Please note that for the recall report to generate correctly, all recall types must have an action set in place letting the recall report know when to generate patients name such as on their recall date, before their recall date, or if they didn't schedule on or before you can set an action for after their recall date.

If you are using the Crystal Communicator for texting/emails, you will want to make sure that recall types and dates have been attached to the patients for this feature to function correctly.
