Printers

We can integrate with any HP, Brother, Epson, Canon, etc.

• Make sure you have installed the full software package from the manufacture's website.

• Once the installation has been completed and you can print outside of Crystal, go to the top of Crystal to File - Print Options - Default Printer. (If the printer doesn't show on the drop down list after installing the software, reboot the computer and try again.)

• A box will appear with a list of all your printer drivers that are installed on that computer, select the one you will use on a regular basis.

• If you use multiple printers and do not want a set default, under Print Options select "Select Printer Every time". This will give you the option to select the printer you would like to use when printing from Crystal.

If you need assistance with setting up your printer or fax to a shared network for all computers to access, please contact your local IT specialist or printer manufacture. The CrystalPM support team will not be able to assist with this.
